• No Changes Have Been Made to Your Policy: Your terms and conditions, premiums, waiting periods, and benefits will remain the same.
• Your Policy Remains Active: There won’t be any interruption in your coverage during this transition.
• Dedicated Service: Throughout this process, 21st Century Funeral Services will remain your primary point of contact and service provider.
• Enhanced Collaboration Through Groups R Us: Groups R Us, an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP 45735), are a binder holder of Sanlam Developing Markets Limited. This means that Sanlam has contracted Groups R Us to perform certain insurer functions on their behalf. The purpose of this partnership is designed to streamline processes, ensuring faster administration and claims processing for you.

What Do You Need to Do?

We value your consent and want to ensure you’re kept up to date at all times about policy and changes that happen. You will soon receive communication notifications from us, at 21st Century Funeral Services with a mandate to approve this transfer. Once we have your approval, we will handle the rest of the process.
