On the 24th of June 2025, the National Teachers Union (NATU) hosted a lively and inspiring Sports Day, bringing together teachers from across the region for a day of fun, teamwork, and unity. With exciting football matches played by male teachers and powerful netball games led by female teachers, the event was full of energy, laughter, and strong team spirit.

As 21st Century Funeral Services, we were proud to be part of this important day, not just as a sponsor, but as a committed partner to the teaching community. Our support goes beyond financial help. It’s about showing up, connecting with people, and making a real difference in their lives.

Teachers play a critical role in shaping the future of our children and our communities. That’s why we believe it’s important to support them not only in the classroom but also in their personal lives. By being present at this event, we were able to share helpful information about the importance of being prepared for life’s unexpected moments. Funeral cover may not be something we like to think about, but having a plan in place offers peace of mind and dignity when it matters most.

This event gave us the chance to speak directly with teachers, answer their questions, and build relationships. It wasn’t just about games, but it was about giving back to the people who give so much. We believe that community upliftment starts with support, education, and care, and that’s exactly what we brought to the field that day.
